I received my personal certified fitness trainer certification back in 1982 and have helped clients of all ages develop strong and healthy bodies.
To this day,I continue to strength train four days per week. If you follow my training style you will be healthier and stronger, with more energy to live or continue to live independently.

During your training sessions, I will show exercises you will need to perform, starting with neck and down throughout your entire body, covering all your major muscle groups.
From 1977 to 1981 I spent a lot of time with world famous and the God Father of fitness Jack LaLanne.
I benefited from his enormous knowlege of health and fitness. To this day I incorporate many of his techniques in my training routines.
